Cub Scout Registration 2011-2012

Location: The Kid Depot at First Baptist Spartanburg
New scouts, returning scouts and parents will proceed to their den's room at 6pm. A parent meeting will follow. Returning scouts please check this website and look for emails to get copies of all paperwork (BSA medical, FBS church forms, etc) . PLEASE FILL-OUT PAPERWORK PRIOR TO MEETING. Also, notice the need for vaccination records.
Pack 5 welcomes all new scouts. Please print and fill-out the BSA medical form and FBS church forms (participate and medical).

$60.00/year - Returning Scout that needs a tshirt
$55.00/year - Returning Scout that does not need a tshirt
